The Transformation

Water just

Before coating, water lies flat across the panel and clings — dragging dust, minerals and road film into the surface as it slowly dries into spots.

Once our ceramic layer cures, the surface energy drops dramatically. Water can't wet the paint, so it pulls into beads and sheets away — taking dirt with it and leaving the gloss untouched.

The Process

Ceramic is only as good as the surface beneath it. We correct and decontaminate first, then bond the coating and cure it in.

Prep & Decon

Wash · clay · paint correction

Every defect is locked in forever once coated — so we decontaminate, clay and machine-correct the paint to a clean, swirl-free base first.

Application

SiO₂ ceramic · hand-levelled

The liquid coating is laid down panel by panel and levelled by hand in tight sections, bonding chemically with the clear coat as it flashes.

Cure

Controlled cure · 24h dwell

The coating is left to cross-link and harden in a dust-free, climate-controlled bay — setting into the slick, glass-hard shell.

the whole story.

Hydrophobic performance is measured by water contact angle — the higher the angle, the tighter water beads and the faster it sheets away. Bare paint barely holds a bead.
